Phil Lawson Johnston has been engraving glass by hand, as well as leading and writing worship music since the early seventies. He works from home in Oxford, UK, while his wife, Moyne works for the UK office of Ravi Zacharias International Ministries. They have four grown-up children. He engraves largely to commission, but also exhibits annually in London and for the first time, later in 2005 in Washington DC. He has led worship at churches and conferences throughout the UK and the USA and has recorded 15 albums of his songs, a number of which are sung in churches around the world. His first book based on his experience of sung worship was published at the end of 2004 by Terra Nova Publications.
